Forum Finance Group S.A. (FFG) recognises the importance and sensitivity of data confidentiality and adheres to strict data protection standards and transparency in the collection and processing of personal data.
FFG is fully committed to complying with the provisions of the new Federal Data Protection Act (nLPD) and its related ordinances (OPDo and OCPD), which will come into force on 1 September 2023.

Personal data

– Other personal data that is relevant and necessary for FFG to provide its services and any information that is required to be obtained under applicable law
(hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”).
In addition, FFG uses cookies and similar technologies on its website, in particular for the purposes of maintaining the site and collecting technical information on its use, such as the type of operating system used, the number of visits and pages viewed, user preferences, content collection, analytical and usage data.

Legal basis and purpose
Depending on the nature of our relationship with you, FFG will always process and use your personal data if we have a valid legal basis or for a specific purpose, such as providing or improving our services, or for compliance and marketing purposes. We will always process personal data in accordance with our contractual obligations relating to our services and in compliance with our internal data protection guidelines and procedures.

Marketing

Retention Period
